Introduction

Vinlivt required a scalable, user-friendly application to unify customer data, insurance contracts, and sales analytics in one intuitive platform. The challenge was to design a clean and professional interface that simplifies complex workflows for both business users (B2B) and end customers (B2C).

My Role – UI/UX Design

• Dashboard Design: Created modern analytics dashboards with KPIs for customers, contracts, and onboarding.
• User Profiles & Management: Designed clear customer detail views, insurance policies, and contract tracking modules.
• Communication Flow: Integrated chat, notifications, and activity streams with easy navigation.
• Responsive Layouts: Optimized the entire application for both desktop and mobile users.
• Data Visualization: Implemented charts, graphs, and performance indicators to improve decision-making at a glance.

Conclusion

The result is a modern, data-driven dashboard application that helps businesses manage customers, sales, and insurance efficiently. This project showcases my ability to design scalable SaaS platforms with a focus on clarity, usability, and seamless user experiences across B2B and B2C use cases.
