Introduction

The goal of Dilo.md was to create a modern, multilingual job and education platform that supports both refugees integrating into Moldova and local citizens searching for opportunities. The challenge was to design and build a system capable of handling jobs, applications, resumes, and courses, while ensuring accessibility and trust for vulnerable groups.

My Role – Design & Development

• UI/UX Design: Crafted an inclusive interface with a clear structure for job listings, courses, and applications, optimized for different user groups.
• Webflow Development: Built a fully responsive front-end with clean layouts and dynamic elements.
• Wized & Xano Integration: Developed backend logic for job management, course enrollment, applications, and resume uploads.
• Custom Coding: Added advanced features such as filters, multilingual support, and automation beyond no-code limitations.
• Database Architecture: Designed structured tables for jobs, applications, courses, and categories to support scalability.

Conclusion

The result is a scalable, multilingual employment platform that empowers refugees and locals in Moldova to connect with jobs, training, and support services. This project highlights my ability to design and implement complex Webflow + Wized + Xano solutions with a mix of no-code and custom-coded logic.
